BODEGÓN DE MANZANAS, LIMAS, ALCACHOFAS Y PHALAENOPSIS.

Norema Salinas Nuevo Catering sorprende como siempre... Esta vez en Bulthaup (Santa Engracia 115, Madrid). Una cocina magnífica en un entorno exclusivo y unos platos sorprendentes hacen de su labor un referente exclusivo, donde se dan cita los paladares que buscan en la restauración una contínua sorpresa.

Ella me sugirió una decoración neutra, en tonalidades de verde, con toques frutales ácidos y la sensación de frescor en la elección floral. Buscaba una idea que resaltara los valores de la cocina sana y que mantuviera una consonancia con la estación primaveral que estos días nos invade.

El resultado es esta composición dispuesta en montículo salpicada por el blanco puro y delicado de las orquídeas "falena".


Norema Salinas New Catering surprises like always... This time in Bulthaup (Santa Engracia 115, Madrid). Dos variaciones sobre Phalaenopsis en Cornus Sanguínea trabajada en doma fría japonesa. Formas circulares, triangulares y trapezoidales para crear espacio y movimiento.  A-cero In Floral.

Two variations on Phalaenopsis in Cornus Sanguínea. That´s been made on cold Japanese taming. Circles, triangles and trapezoidal forms to create space and movement. A-cero in Floral.

CATTLEYA´S MENDITXO & VRIESEA SPLENDENS.

¡Vuelven los 70!... Hasta en la decoración floral. El rojo, el verde y pinceladas de estilo naïf, que a su vez evocan las figuras planas de "El aduanero Rousseau" de Laval, quien nunca vio una selva pero la imaginó perfecta de cromatismo. En estos años, las hojas verdes de Monstera Deliciosa y las bromelias, (Vrieseas, Aechmeas Fasciatas, Neoregelias y Tillandsias) causaban furor desde los interiores de los apartamentos del "Silk Stocking District" (Upper East Side, NYC) hasta los seguidores del movimiento hippie nacido en los sesenta que perduran en Goa y Christiania. Las orquídeas todavía eran un lujo para las clases medias y se producían para colecciones privadas, o con fines científicos y de divulgación.


Esta creación está compuesta de Vriesea, Cornus Sanguinea, Jatropha Podagrica y Cattleya Aurantiaca... Porque ahora las orquídeas son símbolo de buen gusto para quienes las disfrutan.

70´s come back... Even in floral decoration. The red and the green ones and brushstrokes of  naïf style, that in turn evoke the flat figures of " The customs officer Rousseau " of Laval, who never saw a jungle but imagined it perfect of chromatism. In these years, the green leaves of Monstera Deliciosa and the bromelias, (Vrieseas, Aechmeas Fasciatas, Neoregelias and Tillandsias) were causing rage from the interiors of the apartments of the " Silk Stocking District " (Upper East Side, NYC) up to the followers of the movement hippie born in the sixties that last in Goa and Christiania. The orchids still were a luxury for the middle class yet and were produced for private collections, or with scientific purposes and for spreading.

This creation is composed of Vriesea, Cornus Sanguinea, Jatropha Podagrica and Cattleya Aurantiaca... Cause now the orchids are a symbol of good taste for those who enjoy them.

VARIACIONES DE PHALAENOPSIS EN CORNUS PARA A-CERO IN.

Entre las múltiples combinaciones que se pueden aplicar a la orquídea Phalaenopsis se encuentran distintos tipos de ramas en tonos rojos, púpuras y casi negros. Si bien se elaboran composiciones con Salix Tortuosa en tono marrón, para esta composición he elegido el Cornus Sanguinea que adapta tonalidades hasta casi el negro integral.

Trabajando el Cornus dándole forma, se consiguen unos resultados que agrandan la espacialidad del conjunto creando volumen pero aligerando la perspectiva de los tallos de orquídea, con un resultado armónico sin saturación visual.

Among the multiple combinations that can be applied to the Phalaenopsis orchid, they find different types of branches in red tones, purples and almost black. Though compositions are elaborated by Salix Tortuosa in brown tone, for this composition I have chosen the Cornus Sanguinea who adapts tonalities up to almost the integral black.

Working the Cornus giving it form, there are obtained a few results that enlarge the space of the set creating volume but lightening the perspective of the stems of orchid, with a harmonic final without visual saturation.

MARANTA´S KRAKEN.

Creación en hoja de Trachycarpus Fortunei invertida, flores de Viburnum X Carlcephalum, hoja de Maranta Leuconeura y Texa-grass. Para conservar la frescura de las flores y hojas se ha instalado una probeta en el interior del conjunto. Con mucha personalidad para exhibir sola o en grupúsculo.

Creation in leaf of reversed Trachycarpus Fortunei, Viburnum X Carlcephalum flowers, Maranta Leuconeura leaves and Texa-grass. To preserve the freshness of  flowers and leaves, one has installed a pipe inside the set. With a lot of personality to exhibit alone or group of them.

先端 SENTAN EN AGAVE, PROTEAS Y CORNUS.

 Estructura sobre guijarro de río lavado, hoja de Agave, Protea Nutans y ramas de Cornus. Los tallos de Protea van sumergidos en tubos de ensayo de cristal con agua coloreada.  Esta composición es de larga duración y puede permanecer fresco más de cuatro semanas.

Structure on pebble of washed river, leaf of Agave, Protea Nutans and Cornus's branches. Protea's stems are immersed in essay pipes of crystal by colored water. This composition lasts for more than four weeks.





"ALMA" DE A-CERO.

Una de las propuestas para Alma de A-cero con Phalaenopsis montada sobre musgo de Islandia y hojas de Chamaerops Excelsa para rematar el conjunto. Para darle fuerza, se han añadido bolas de musgo de diversos tamaños que armonizan con los tallos de la orquídea.

  Alma es la colección de maceteros diseñada por A-cero para la firma Vondom. Una serie única, de original e innovador diseño, inspirada en la naturaleza, cuyas formas estilizadas recuerdan al tallo de una  planta.

Con Alma, nace un nuevo concepto de la decoración sin dejar nunca de lado la practicidad, ya que esta colección de maceteros puede ser instalada en exteriores manteniéndose en buen estado, incluso bajo las condiciones climáticas más extremas, además, presenta la opción de iluminación incorporada, para cualquier espacio interior & exterior.

A-CERO IN... BEAUTIFUL OPENING!!!.

El pasado jueves 17 de Marzo, se inauguró la tienda de decoración del estudio de arquitectura de A-cero, Llamada A-cero In, situada en el barrio Salamanca, en la C/Castelló 66.

Joaquín Torres y su socio Rafael Llamazares son los primeros arquitectos españoles que han apostado por la novedosa idea en España, de inaugurar su propia tienda de decoración de interiores donde de cada pieza emana la sensibilidad obtenida por la constante inspiración en el mundo del arte. La calidad y el diseño van de la mano de la comodidad. Se podrán ver y adquirir además de los propios diseños de A-cero, una selección de obras de artistas noveles, antigüedades, libros, dibujos de Joaquín Torres o incluso música.
Como agradecimiento, Joaquín Torres y Rafael Llamazares obsequiaron con una cala de Sombra Púrpura a los asistentes montada sobre tubo transparente.

Last Thursday, the 17th of March, there inaugurated the decoration Shop of the architecture of A-cero, called A-cero In, placed in the Salamanca´s neighborhood, at Castelló 66th Street.

Joaquín Torres and his partner Rafael Llamazares are the first Spanish architects who have bet for the new idea in Spain, of inaugurating their own shop of decoration and interiors where from every piece there comes the sensibility obtained by the constant inspiration in the world of the art. The quality and the design go of the hand of the comfort. They will be able to see and to acquire besides the own designs of A-cero, a selection of works of new artists, antiques, books, Joaquín Torres's drawings or even musical.
As gratefulness, Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares gave a a Zanthedeschia of Purple Shade to the assistants mounted on transparent pipe.
