UNE VAGUE DE ZANTHEDESCIAS ET DE DENDROBIUM. (FOR JOAQUÍN TORRES ARCHITECTS).

DHALIAS & CARNATIONS AT THE PEACE´S TREE.

The carnation, (Dianthus Barbatus) is a trend worldwide thanks to the hybrids that are obtained, since they include infinite tonalities in the same species. For mentioning an example, some have been obtained you will cultivate to "l'ancienne" that are causing rage in the most exclusive boutiques of Japan and New York.

In Spain in spite of being a flower that identifies our folklore one treats him with prejudice, since always floral criterion has been considered to be a cheap flower used for occasions sad and supposedly chosen by people by little. The same thing has happened about the Peony Rose... Despised during decades has turned into a fashionable flower for the upper class into the latter years and even she accompanies the wedding bouquets really "glamourous".

Let's remember the famous called Tulips Crisis... They managed to reach astronomic prices on the market to then lose the interest and to ruin the economy of notable form.   I  don´t treat  this flower listlessly. In fact combined with of olive tree branches, dahlias and roses as in this work, they earn reputation and turn into real protagonists. Simply placed on a cubic structure of  olive tree branches at different heights, they make forget us of his ununderstood reputation.

REEF OF MADEIRA'S CYMBIDIUM.

Cymbidium's flower plunged with Dianthus barbatus " green tick " and to Ver - grass. To create natural effect the orchids have been wired together with the carnation. The thin leaves of  ver - grass contributes movement. On having been the plunged set, the volume of the flowers becomes visually bigger for what they appreciate the architectural details of this no end orchid.

Summer close the Mediterranean sea... Branched out Roses "pitiminí",  wild carnations (Dianthus barbatus)  and the symbol of the villages that bathes this still sea, the Olive tree (Olea europaea). The color of his leaves of silver-plated effect in the back combines to the perfection with the brilliant tones of the carnations.

Curiously, when the stems of olive tree submerge in water, they detach a fragrance similar to the own fruit. The mixing of aroma with the perfume of the carnation cultivated without greenhouse moves us across the senses to a coastal Mediterranean garden.
